Shaun graduated in May 2016 from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management where he focused his education around renewable energy systems. His passion for solar energy derived from an AP Environmental Science class offered at Lake Park High School. Shaun carried this passion back to his high school where he helped Lake Park complete a 1.86 MW solar system in March 2017 as an installer and project manager for Carlson Solar.
As an avid outdoorsman, Shaun hopes to use his education and passion to build a sustainable future for our environment while helping others understand the true power of the sun.
